This Thursday evening the 3rd leg of our annual club 2 mile league will take place. The league will run for a further 2 weeks with the fourth and final run taking place on the 23rd June. The best 3 out of 4 runs will be counted. The winner of the 2016 2 mile league will then be announced at a club coffee morning, date to be confirmed. Well done to all who have competed in the last 2 weeks, with many much-improved times on Thursday compared to the previous week.

Congratulations to everyone competing this morning in the Airtricity Irish Runner 5 Mile in Phoenix Park. The rain held off for the race, with overcast humid conditions. Anna Sadowska was first CSH lady home, coming 2nd place in her F35 category, very well done Anna. Aoife Cowhie was in action also.
Nick Devery was first of our lads home finishing in 3rd place in his M55 category, great race by Nick. Stephen Downey was next in running a new P.B. time of 37:37. Stephen was followed by Martin Mullarkey, with Brian Doyle running too.
Well done to all competing and well done to all who took time-out and marshalled, and gave support to the runners.
