Well done to all Civil Service Harriers training and competing this week. It was a quiet week of racing this week, with much of the crew looking ahead to next weeks Business Houses Athletics Association Garda Cross Country on home-turf at the Magazine Fort, Phoenix Park, (see race info link: https://bhaa.ie/events/garda-cc-2016/)
Training continued on all fronts with Tuesday evenings 7pm sessions in Alsaa track and CSH Clubhouse – Phoenix Park, Thursday evening 7pm session at CSH Clubhouse, Saturday morning 10am session & Sunday morning 9:30am long-run from CSH Clubhouse.
Team results of last weeks EIR Athletic Club XC held in St. Endas GAA Ballyboden are still pending, with prize givings at next BHAA race.

Congratulations to Jason Harte, Sean Ryan and Tom Turner who competed today in the Axa Raheny 5 mile race. Sonia Carey was first of the ladies home making a return to racing following injury, very well done to Sonia and wishing her all the best in her return to full fitness. Margaret Moloney, Avril Birmingham and Denise Williams were also in action, well done to all.
