Training continued on all fronts this week with Tuesday and Thursday evenings 7pm sessions at CSH Clubhouse – Phoenix Park. Saturday morning 10am session in Morton Stadium, Santry & at CSH Clubhouse. Sunday morning 9:30am long-run from CSH Clubhouse.

Our club BBQ will take place Sat. 03rd Sept. so let Claire, Bernard or Mairead know if you will attend. A great evening is expected.

We had a few athletes today in the Indaver Dunleek AC 10k. A big congratulations to Patricia Sheehan who was 3rd in her F55 category, in an impressive 50mins 10secs. Super running.
